windows 7 issues

- so far i cannot get it to work with 2 windows 7 computers, tried different ports and will not even show on the hardware manager, i tried to contact the company but my reply with my issue was very non satasfactory, kinda sad really i have one of there bigger units that works great for me

- Is not recognized in Windows 7 64-bit, and there is no support on the Vantec website. Bring your hard drive with you and test it out in the store first.
