Works with Shaw Direct 630 PVR

Strengths:

Supports SATA 3

Weaknesses:

Must provide power solution.

Additional Comments:

I am using this enclosure with a SanDisk Plus SATA 3 SSD connected to a Shaw Direct 630 PVR. Note, the 5V power must not be taken from the PVR as power is dropped by the PVR during boot and the drive will not be recognized. I use an Apple 12W USB adapter for power.
