Watch out for incorrect wiring

- Prior to 2011 I had used about 8 of these plates with no issues. Earlier this year I purchased one and found it was wired wrong. Good thing I could not even plug it into the motherboard! The replacement I received was fine.
Last month I purchased another. It too was wired wrong and again I could not plug it into the motherboard. The replacement I received was also wired wrong (but different from the other 2 bad ones this year).
