Strengths:
-Very inexpensive -MicroATX, fits in many OEM cases you can pick up at a dump -Supports CPU up to 140W (So far even the FX-8150 is only 125W) -Super easy overclocking
Weaknesses:
-No UEFI BIOS -No Internal USB 3.0 header -Poor internal graphics -Ships with old BIOs
Summary:
When buying this board with FX series processors, do make sure you ask them to install BIOS version 0810 or higher for you at the store. If you get home and CPU is unsupported, you have to bring it back and that causes more problems. That being said, it's still an excellent board. Not an SLi gaming board, but compact, packed with decent features and overclocking is literally one click with TurboV EVO.

IT WORKS!!!

My AMD FX 4100 Black Edition overclocked quite well using the ASUS Turbo V EVO Auto tune feature. It went from 3.6 to 3.88 in less than 2 minutes, not bad for novice users.
Weaknesses:
None so far!!!
Summary:
Is a great entry level board for novice gamers looking for a quick bang for the $$$

Need another CPU if you only have AMD FX

Strengths:
It works so far, has USB 3.0 and is relatively cheap.
Weaknesses:
The idiots at ASUS didn't implement support for AMD FX series CPUs in their earliest BIOS version, Out of the box, an AMD FX won't work! Those geniuses at ASUS didn't even bother updating the BIOS of the board after the FX was released, what the box doesn't say is that you have to have an AM3 cpu ready to make the board FX compatible. Indeed, you can't even POST, you have to install an older CPU just to boot and update the BIOS, how ridiculous.
