Strengths:
after much (12+ hrs) research trying to decide the "best" GPU to get, this one is by far has the greatest price/preformance ratio. the first day ( Oct 14/2011) i was able to OC it to 950 Mhz (core clock) 1900 Mhz (shader clock) and 2200 Mgz (memory clock) with no problems at all using MSI Afterburner (free download). with the fan set to 60% temps have not gone above 49 degres under 100% load. playing Black OPS my fram rates are an avg of about 90 (75-125 min/max) on highest settings.
Weaknesses:
the fan is louder then my previous card, but not loud by any means. OC it to 1000 Mgz ( core clock) i had some freazing/problems but of course every set up is different and other users my be able to get that high with no problems but i would recommend 950-970 max (core clock). Otherwise no problems at all
Summary:
very happy with this product, and due to its high OC ability spending $100 more for a gtx 570 in my opinion is not worth it. if u have the money then go for it, but for $250 (plus tax) you pretty much get the preformance of $350+ graphics card
