- This stand is the perfect size for my 50" Panasonic plasma. I'm not ready to mount TV to a wall so a hybrid stand is good compromise to keep TV elevated and utilize shelves for components. Stand took about an hour to put together while deciphering the small illustrations and/or discovering typos in fastener types to use at each step. Definitely need 2 people to get this beast together. Each shelf supports 88lbs which is great for my 13(!!) a/v components.
