- After trying 2 crosshair v's(1st doa,purchased 2nd 5 months later, constant BSOD's,Every one different.)

-Up to 4 sticks of RAM ( 32 gigs )
-Up to 4 graphics cards ( crossfire or SLI )
-RamOK LED
- Weaknesses:
- -Shows the ASUS boot screen 3 times before actually booting ( minor )
-It destroyed itself for no reason.
- Summary:
- Very impressive motherboard for its price. Loved it until it stopped showing my Bios on my screen. So if your going to buy this, definitely get IPR plan with Memory Express.

- Strengths:
- Well laid out design - as per most ASUS motherboards
Spacing between 1 and 2 16x PCIe slots (3 slot separation) is great for oversized Graphics Cards
- Weaknesses:
- the first release BIOS 0402 does not support AM3+ CPUs, have to update the BIOS using an AM3 CPU then swap out for the AM3+
current release 0813 BIOS did cause some crashes when attempting to play some video games, had to install the earlier 0705 BIOS to get stability and AM3+ support
the BIOS updater on ASUS webiste is only a 32 bit version, even though I specified 64 Bit OS when searching for drivers and updates. had to install the ASUS AI Suite II and use its update to install the BIOS
- Summary:
- overall I am happy with this board - my first AMD gaming build
4 out of 5 stars because of the BIOS issues
