Strengths:
-Very nice bios -Lots of room for easy management -Looks good all around
Weaknesses:
Didn't work. Sata ports where defective. (of shelf) didn't use it once.
Summary:
My opinion is biased do to the fact that is the second time I've purchased an asus motherboard, and the second time it hasn't worked off the shelf. I'm very disappointed. All in all though, it's a good motherboard when working.

Great!

Strengths:
-Installed without a hitch
-Whoa, easy overclocking!
-Nice bios, it's about time
-Looks good, I like the component color scheme
-RAM wasn't on Asus's compatibility chart but worked just fine (2 x G.Skill F3-12800CL9-4GBXL)
Weaknesses:
-Lame 3rd PCIe slot apparently, but I'm never going to have 3 video cards or use it anyways.
-The usual ugly Asus utilities look like they were made by the same clown who makes all the fake TV-show interfaces
Summary:
I was a bit confused as to the difference between this mobo and the pro version. Turns out there's not many differences at all to merit the extra $$ for the pro version.

I let the Asus utilities set up the overclocking right from windows, clicked start, went and grabbed a glass of water, came back and it had already rebooted and went through its process in about 2 minutes! With a 2600K it got up to 4.4GHz without a hitch, I could probably get more speed it I was fussy and wanted to tweak it.
