750Watts of strength! I can not complain as this is my first build, threw this puppy into my Maelstrom case and so far so good, and as far as noise ( due to the fan)...I hear nothing, maybe that's because i have 4 120mm, 1 200mm fans running as well. Pretty damn quiet and pretty damn happy. I think the noise may be from the CPU fan..All in all i think it's worth it. Has all the cables and we easy to manage for myself( case holds a lot of responsibility for this). For the $ 100.00 :)
Weaknesses:
Not better than 1000w...

Really good price for a really good 750w power supply. It has the output and cables to happily power an dual-SLI/Crossfire setup.
The 140mm fan is easily the noisiest in my case, even at idle. During gaming sessions it will ramp up to be noisier than my video card fans, which is pretty annoying. The cables are also a pain in the butt to manage, so if you want modular, upgrade to the AX750 - I wish I had.
Good power supply, lost a star due to fan noise.
