Quiet but has some issues

- I bought this to install on the side of my case. It's quiet as the advertising suggests but after about a year of use it stopped working. When I gave it a push it started spinning again but wouldn't start on its own. I could also feel quite a bit of resistance when spinning it by hand, so maybe it got worn out, who knows.
