Strengths:
Amazing upgrade from what I was running before. Bought this to play BF3 along side with a I7, SSD, 16 meg ram etc. Plays this game at maximum everything full out.
Weaknesses:
None that I know of.
Summary:
Seems like a good deal.

Pure Eye Candy

Strengths:
Powerful Runs cool This card will let you run almost any game on max settings in 1080p Great price for what you get At idle it its silent Low power requirements compared to the 570/580s
Weaknesses:
This can get VERY loud. At max the fan WILL sound like a vacuum Very Pricy, but you get what you pay for This card is massive. If you get this make sure you check if you have enough room. Had to use MSI afterburner to get the fan's speed to adjust according to the cards temp
Summary:
This card is able to play BF3 on ultra 1080p (0x AA) on 64 player maps w/o any noticeable drop in FPS. System: i5 2400 @ 3.8Ghz, 8GB of G Skill ram, HIS 6970 (of cource) Corsair 750w PSU, Scythe Mine 2 heat sink. Would give this card a 5/5 but the noise it can produce can get unbearable if you don't have good headphones to cancel it out.

HIS kicks ass

Strengths:
Powerful Card
Runs Cool, ildes in low 40's Celsius
Runs Quiet even under load
Gets a 7.9 Windows Experience Index in both graphics
Weaknesses:
None
Summary:
the 6970 is worth the extra money, especially now since you cant unlock the shaders on any 6950 like you were able to when they first came out

Excellent buy!

Strengths:
very powerful card
Weaknesses:
super loud fan about 50%, but i have gamed for hours on that thing and never had it go above 37% fan, and it's slightly O'C'd
Summary:
very good card. Been using HIS for years now. I trust it, always works perfectly for me. I play Rift, Ultra settings, and can not even heat up this card enough for the fan to go loud. Happy with my buy!

Strengths:
Scales well
Weaknesses:
Price, but I paid for em.
Summary:
Overall very good. Bit bit, bit loud, but what do you expect for what it is. See decent scaling in crossfire. Worth it to run big display in 3D, eyefinity at high frame rates etc.

Best Card Before 6990

Strengths:
Generally/overall blazing fast - built for gamers whether single or eyefinity mode
Weaknesses:
Got the card since almost when it was release - I got no problem with it - people get problems with it probably don't know how to properly set it up or don't have the requirements for it to work to the highest end (eyefinity, overclocking, benchmarking, etc.)
Summary:
This card is highly recommended to all gamers before 6990. I'm not a Geforce hater - Geforce 580 is actully stronger than Radeon 6970 but 6970 not only cheaper than 580 but couple of my friends and my cousin had problems with it's drivers.

Not pleased

Strengths:
The card works, same build as all reference cards
Weaknesses:
First one I got did strange screen switching on eyefinity. I had it exchanged for the same card and now the new one crashes on games it should easily play. Does not oc well and at stock it acts like it is being oced and freezes all the time in bfbc2
Summary:
Buy Asus or Sapphire they are more reliable with better warranty
