- Strengths:
- -Side Panel Buttons
-Wireless/Wired option
-Illumination
-Macro Recordablity
- Weaknesses:
- -Sporadic Loss of signal
-Currently the mouse is not working and email has been sent to Razer. We'll see what they have to say about the issue and if they can resolve it.
- Summary:
- Overall, I love this mouse for the functionalities of the extra buttons on the side. It has taken my online gaming experience to a new level. I am now completely lost trying to use a regular mouse to WOW. I hope Razer can resolve my issue soon.
Worthwhile for MMORPG Players

- Strengths:
- A little background... I use this mouse for World of Warcraft PvP. I started with random battlegrounds, but now I spend most of my time in 2 vs 2 Arenas with a friend.
Before purchasing this mouse, the only hotkeys I used were numbers 1 to 6 on the keyboard -- Number 7 is a little out of reach. With this mouse, I now have an additional 12 abilities instantly available. No hunting, or Shift+numbering through key tabs.
Wireless is a nice feature, but not necessary IMO.
- Weaknesses:
- Very Expensive
I've had technical issues since buying it. First are blue screens of death which started after I bought the mouse. Memory dumps indicate BSOD caused by a Razer process. I have other Razer products, but timing of when they started makes me think it's not a coincidence.
The mouse appeared to die the other day, but Razer tech support helped. Flashing the firmware fixed that second problem.
Takes time to learn.
- Summary:
- This mouse takes some getting used to, but it's an absolutely indispensable tool if you PvP in any MMORPG. It reduces your reaction time, and keeps all your skills handy.
I'm not sure if the wireless is worth the cost, though. The Standard Naga will get the job done. If anything, the $50 uplift is worth it for the customized lighting alone. Very cool looking mouse, feels great too!
