Sometimes Disconnects; Short Power Cord

Strengths:

- Lots of ports - Price is decent - Blue lighting always looks good - Long USB cord going from the hub to your computer

Weaknesses:

- I have an external hard-drive connected to it and sometimes when my computer tries to back up to it, my hard drive disconnects and reconnects to my computer. This *never* happens if the drive is plugged directly into my laptop. - Power cord is super, super short. Plan on having the hub right beside your power bar (or wherever you are going to plug it in)

Summary:

I personally would not recommend going with this hub and am looking into purchasing a new one now (had this one for about a year). The issues with my hard drive disconnecting and placement hassles because of the short cord are just too annoying when there are so many alternatives.
