It Just Works.

- I bought this so I could use the HDD from a discarded laptop and it works great, runs cool too. I think the price is a good deal.
No separate power supply needed

- The nice thing about this particular 2.5" eSATA drive enclosure is that it draws power from any spare USB port so no separate AC adapter is required. Also, aluminum construction allows for excellent heat dissipation.

- Don't buy a drive enclosure for more only to find out you also need to buy a separate AC adapter for it. This one works well and comes complete with a USB power cord.

3) SEPARATE usb power cable... none of that two attached to one deal.
4) even comes with a CASE! and it is big enough for the cables! - Weaknesses:
