Works good when it works...

- Owned 2. Both died within a year, only got the 2nd one because warranty replaced it. I do not recommend this product. Each failure was something different each time.

- Stick to another brand. Acer is not ready for the 3d world.

changing settings is somewhat frustrating, but i rarely do anymore so thats fine - Summary:
- Ive had this monitor now for going on 6 months and its been nothing but amazing ever since. Friends come over and play games at 120hz and immediatley notice a huge difference in the quality.
Solid monitor!

- I'm coming from a 19" 1440x900 which I used at 1280x1024 so the resolution makes a huge difference and everything is crystal clear. Going to be picking up a 3d kit for this to see how it looks and feels. I don't have much to compare this to but overall it's pretty great.

Inputs just press the right button 2x. I use my screen with my pc
Aswell as my 360 or ps3 this is a very nice for gaming and watching
Movies all I wish was if it could work with ps3 or 360's 3d and nvidia kit lol ah well still a fine monitor

- Bought with the Nvidia 3DVision kit. Trouble getting it to be recognized as a 3D monitor, but if this happens it works even with "generic PNP Monitor drivers for Win7, as long as it is recognized in the NVidia 3d set up screen as a choice in the check box you should be good.
Also USE the DUAL DVI-D cable. Without using that you are stuck at 60 Hz max. With it gets you to 120Hz.
I'd give this a 5/5 but for the cludgy input chooser.

Awesome 3D - definately have to play a in 3d game to appreciate.
1080P and HDMI inputs - very bright. - Weaknesses:
- Poor acer interface
Some darker games are too dark using 3D Vision.
Never really had trust in the acer brand. - Summary:
- Bought this with the 3d Glasses, definately worth it. Went from a samsung 24" monitor to the Acer and wont go back. Only problem is the clumsy acer interface for adjusting brightness/contrast etc - its not very intuative and you have to use it over and over to get use to it.
Overall extremely happy. New toy to show my friends.
