Strengths:
Easily hooked up to my windows 7 (64 bit pro) machine. I used one of my free USB motherboard ports and installed it internally. Can also be used externally with a supplied USB cable.
The hardware was found and win7 installed the drivers automatically on startup.
Read my CF and SD cards with no problems.
Weaknesses:
A little cheaply built. When I pulled out the SD card from my trial read, it pulled the face plate off the unit. It was easy to snap back on and didn't seem to damage anything, but you may need to be gentle with it.
It also added drive letters for the 4 interfaces (drives E thru H in my case) so it's a little cluttered in my opinion, but not a huge issue.
Summary:
Happy with it for the $20 price. Does what I bought it for.

At least, it works...

Strengths:
- Dedicated slot for MIcroSD (cell phone memory, etc.)
- Worked immediately with Windows 7, 64 bit (tried CF, SD/SDHC, MicroSD)
- Comes with both internal and external USB connections (nice for testing first without ripping case apart).
- CompactFlash slot aligned nicely to prevent bent pins
- All the cards I tried slide in "words up" instead of upside down like most other readers I've tried.
- USB 2.0 speeds, no issues
~ 8.5MB/sec from Class 4 MicroSDHC to 133x CF card
Weaknesses:
- Cheap plastic construction (what did you expect for $25?)
- SD and MicroSD slots share the same drive letter, so you can't transfer one to the other without an intermediate step
- MicroSD slot seems to be much slower than if using the MicroSD in the SD slot with an SD adapter
- Faceplate very loose (especially after one of the snap connectors broke off when trying to fit the faceplate back on)
- SD slots is very tight and clunky and I'm worried my wife will be scared to force the cards in ;)
Summary:
At least, it works...

It beats the hell out of the Vantec 58-in-1 that I replaced that would not work properly in Windows 7, 64-bit.

It works, but there's definitely quality issues, it seems, with any of these 2.5" bay internal card readers (at the $25-$30 price range)
