Next best thing to liquid cooling

- Thanh might have been thinking of the triple fan cooler. That one is somewhat noisy.
This dual fan solution is very quiet until ~1 year of 24/7 usage when the fans start to die. Will be noisy for the first 2 minutes till the fans warm up and the noise goes away. IPR.

- I suggest if you get this memory cooler for your i7 core, I recommend getting a fan controller so you can tune down the speed and noise or else do that in your BIOS.
