I have had 3 of these so far.
First one broke as i walked out the memory express door
I had to go straight back in for a replacement
The Second one i have you must jam it in the cigarrette lighter for it to work
and if there are any sharp turns or quick braking that'll cause the slightest movement
it will lose contact and you'll be hearing static radio noise
My third one which i got for another car broke instantly outside the store too
This time it broke so bad MemoryExpress wouldn't cover it and said its "too physical"
not their fault.
Very cheap product and breaks easily - Very dissapointed - Summary:
- I'm not happy with this product at all
Its broken on me 2 times, my third is not broken yet but still loses contact with cigarette lighter and loses power.

- Also got the beeping. Determined that if the iPhone is plugged in using the ipod connector it charges the unit. The unit can't tell when the iPhone is charged so it keeps trying. The beeping for me was the noise when you plugin the iPhone and it kept happening over and over. I just used the headphone jack connection instead.

- Worth the money.

-contrary to other reports it does charge while playing music
-keeps iphone/itouch stable (grips sides of ipod well)
-no beeping every 90 seconds on my unit, must have been a bad batch or faulty units people have been using - Weaknesses:
- -does not sit in the vehicles power outlet very well, you have to bed the neck so the right amount of pressure is directly overtop of the plug so it doesn't pull on it
-lcd positioning is very useless and should have been installed facing towards the person using the device
-should have added a volume control on the device, had to crank my stereo and ipod to get decent volume
-could have used a remote - Summary:
- all in all a good unit, worth the money even for its weaknesses its a better product for the price then other expensive units, just takes a bit of fiddling to get it just right so have some patience.
read a youtube review, tighten the fuse end (that goes into the power outlet) it helps stablize the unit a bit.
Works great...no more beep on new model
