Half job on multiple tasks

Come with old version of Tru Direct. Latest version still terrible. Does not come with CODEC for reading MP4 Files from a Samsung product!!
Will not accept "Eject" command from Windows Explorer. - Summary:
- This drive tries to do too much and just is not acceptable in that it can't perform basic functions.
Tru Direct has major issues, a dirty application.
