Good fan

- Not silent as advertised on package. Definite "ticking" sound. Speed may not be the advertised 1600 RPM: motherboard monitor says about 950.
- Summary:
- Tried two of these fans. Both had an annoying "ticking" sound. Problem occurs even when fan is removed from case with only power plugged into motherboard. Memory Express replaced first fan promptly and cheerfully. (Thanks guys!) I didn't return the second fan; I bought another fan somewhere else.
