Strengths:
Works upon arrival.
Weaknesses:
Reliability – questionable.
Summary:
Looks like a good power supply from a reputable company. Bought two of them for light use. All died less than a year. I can’t even see if there is any warranty coverage at the Memory Express website.

Garbage PSU

Strengths:
PCI-E power connector, full mesh back, 12cm fan
Weaknesses:
Reliability
Summary:
I replaced a dead stock $20 350W PSU with this Sparkle unit for a customer on a budget. Bad decision - it died on him after a week of use. I've never had a PSU fail on me - but then again I only run Enermax, Seasonic, or PC Power and Cooling in my rigs.

Good Budget PSU

Strengths:
-Stable Voltages
-Provide Clean, Reliable Power
-Has PCIe Connector
Weaknesses:
-None really, other than that you can get 100W more for like $15; this is a great PSU if you are on a budget and don't need more than 400W.
Summary:
I've owned and used this power supply for over a year running almost 24/7, the voltages are almost exactly on spec and the computer with this power supply is extremely stable. System specs: This PSU | Raidmax Case | Pentium D 820 @ 3.2GHz | Asus P5RD1-VM | EVGA 7900GS KO OC'd | Kingston 2x512MB DDR1-333 Valueram | 80GB WD IDE | Lite-On DVD+/-RW.
