Online Availability
The online availability lets you know approximately when we can ship the product
to you. This estimate does not include the time it will take for the product to
be delivered to you after it leaves our warehouses.

Alternative Shipping Address
To help ensure your online security Memory Express Will Only Ship To An Address On File With Your Credit Card Company If you require a different address, simply call your credit card company and have them add it as a "Ship to" address for your card.
Shipping cost estimates
Please use the Shipping Estimator tool in your Shopping Cart to calculate the costs
and delivery times for each shipping option. The finalized charges will appear in
step 3 of the checkout. These costs are calculated based on the product selection
and your shipping address.
Delivery details
Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory and the shipping
method you select.
We do not split your order into more than one shipment. If you need
to receive one of your products sooner, we recommend that you place it in a separate
order to avoid any possible delays. Your credit card will not be changed until we
have shipped your product.
Carriers usually deliver between 8 am and 5 pm local time. If you are not home to
accept delivery, a delivery notification card will be left with further details
and a pick up location. For your own security, please bring proper photo identification
when you pick up your order.
Delivery areas
For your convenience, we deliver anywhere in Canada. To make sure that orders being
sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please
include a physical street address, highway number and/or an emeregency number with
your order. We are currently unable to accept or ship orders outside of Canada.
Methods of delivery
To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers depending on
which best suits your needs. We will tell you which courier company is handling
your delivery when we send you your shipping confirmation email. Please note that
when the delivery team brings a package to your home, they need a signature to finalize
the delivery. The package must be accepted and signed for by someone at your delivery
address.
Oversized items
Due to Canada Post weight restrictions, any item that is greater than 30kg/66lb
will be delivered via Purolator Courier.
Special delivery shipping policy
Some items require special delivery because of their size and weight.
Product is in-stock: Allow 4-5 business days after placing your order for a Memory
Express representative to email your delivery schedule notification to you.
Product is out-of-stock: You will receive an automated email within 3 days after
your order passed verification, letting you know that your order is on backorder.
Pre-order delivery
We will deliver these items as close to (but not before) the Release Date as possible.
If the supplier changes the Release Date, we will display the new date with the
product details. Your credit card will not be changed until we have shipped your
product. To guarantee your order is delivered in a timely manner, please ensure
that you use a credit card with an expiration date after the item's release date.
Tracking your order
You can check the status of your order by logging into your MemoryExpress.com profile and clicking on the "Order History" tab under the Customer Login box.
Tracking numbers can be found in your shipment notification email or in "Order History".
You can trace your package with Canada Post by visiting Canada Post's web site at
www.canadapost.ca or calling 1-888 550-6333 Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and
6:00 p.m. local time. Packages shipped with Purolator can be tracked from their
website www.purolator.com or by calling 1-888-744-7123 Monday to Friday between
8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time.
