Service Policies
- Memory Express assumes
no libaility for any data stored and/or contained within the equipment left in the
possession of Memory Express, and that while Memory Express will
make every effort to ensure that no loss of data occurs it is always possible with
computer equipment.
- Memory Express recommends that you make a usable backup of all your data before
leaving the equipment in our possession, and any form of backup that is performed
by Memory Express is not guaranteed to be usable.
- Memory Express reserves the right to dispose of any items left in the possession of Memory Express for longer then 90 days.
