Our Price Match Guarantee
We match any advertised price, here are a few terms and conditions.
The advertised item must be for the same brand and model and the product must be new and factory sealed, and subject to a manufacturer’s warranty applicable in Canada.
Advertised prices must be in Canadian dollars, and will be calculated as including all charges applicable for next day delivery to your home address.
The advertised item must be sold through an authorized dealer located in Canada.
Our price match guarantee does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, OEM products, limited or minimum quantity or limited time offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, financing or other special offers.
If you are not completely satisfied, please talk to our Store Manager.
Exchanging or returning products purchased in-store
- All Software, Projector, Water-Cooling System and Special Order sales are Final.
- Returns or Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of original purchase date.
- Printers and other items containing consumables will only be accepted for return or exchange if unopened.
- Returns will not be accepted on items that are missing packaging or accessories or that have been physically altered, modified or damaged.
- Processors and motherboards will be tested before being accepted for return.
- Processors and motherboards with bent pins will not be accepted for return, exchange or warranty coverage.
- All items carry a one(1) year limited warranty unless otherwise noted. Creative Zen MP3 players have a 90 days warranty.
- Projector bulbs, printer heads and other consumables are not warranted by Memory Express.
- Memory Express reserves the right to refuse sales and service to anyone who abuses our Return and Exchange Policy.
Component Sales Policies:
Components sold to and installed by the customer are done so at the customer’s own risk. Memory Express is not liable for any damage to the customer’s existing equipment caused by, but not limited to any defects or incompatibility issues with any components purchased from Memory Express.
