Why should I pick up my order at a Memory Express store?

It’s fast. During store hours, if your order is in stock you can pick it up within 6 hours of placing it on memoryexpress.com.

It’s convenient. Pick up your item based on your schedule, instead of waiting at home for a package to arrive.

You get the lowest price. If a product is available at a lower price in the store at the time of pickup, your credit card will be charged to reflect the lowest available price.

When can I pick up my order?

After you place your order, wait to receive the above mentioned Store Pickup Notification email. This email should arrive within 6 hours, during regular store hours. You can pick up your purchase anytime during store hours after the Store Pickup Notification email has been received and before 3 days have passed.

What should I do when get to the store?

  1. Within 3 days of receiving your emails, please bring these items to the store:
    • Store Pickup Notification email
    • Payment(your will be charged at the time of pickup)
      NOTE:Only the person whose name is on pick up slip can pick up the order at the store.
  2. Check with an associate at the store for directions to the Product Pickup area.
  3. Your item(s) will be ready at the Product Pickup area. For select items, the store will arrange for retrieval from inventory (this may take a few minutes).
*If you have not picked up your purchase within 3 days, your order will be cancelled. You will not be charged.

What do I need to bring to the store?


The Store Pickup Notification email and payment.

How can I pay for my purchase?


You can pay for your order at the time of pickup using Cash, Debit Card, VISA, or MasterCard.

How do I purchase a In-Store Product Replacement Plan (IPR) for a store pickup order?


At the time you pick up your order at the store, an associate will assist you if you wish to add a In-Store Product Replacement Plan (IPR) to protect your purchase.

Can I change my delivery or pickup method?


You can change the delivery or pickup method only by canceling the original order and creating a new order.

How do I cancel my In-store Pickup order?


As long as you have not picked up your order, you can cancel it by contacting us by email websales@memoryexpress.com or call the store.

Why are some items not available for the In-store Pickup option?


Some items are not available for pick up at a store because we do not carry the stock in our stores or because the item needs special processing.

Why was my order rejected?


Sometimes an item may show available for pick up at MemoryExpress.com, but by the time the store actually receives your order and looks for the items to reserve, these items may already have been sold to another customer. This is why it is important to wait until you receive your Store pickup Notification email before going to the store. For Limited Quantity items, we reserve the right to decline orders to ensure stock is available for walk-in customers.

How do I return any unwanted items?


Please return all unwanted items to the store where you picked up your order. For more information, please click on this link Exchanging or returning products purchased in-store.
